That’s never been tried before….

Greetings RHS Drama family, supporters and
friends!
I am proud to announce The Rossford High
School Theatre Department's 2009-2010
season. It proves to be our biggest, most
ambitious season to date! Be sure not to miss
this exciting season filled with ghosts, dinners,
children’s one acts, workshops, trips, and a
boy with a bugle.

This year we are pleased to announce the
beginning of discount season passes. For a
low price you can purchase a yearly pass. This
includes student, senior, individual, family,
and super passes. An order form will follow this
post shortly

Please note these important dates:
• First drama club meeting:
Tuesday August 25th @ 3:30pm
• Auditions for Blithe Spirit:
Tuesday September 1st @ 3:30pm
• First drama boosters meeting:
Tuesday September 8th @ 7:00pm

I cannot express my excitement in starting our
theatre season! Blithe Spirit and Mame are
classic, eloquent shows that have yet to grace
our stage, until now! It truly is a season of
manners. We will once again prove that our
theatre department is “other worldly.” “Life is
a banquet,” so let’s “pull the stops out!”

I would also like to take this opportunity to
welcome Mrs. Sandy Komisarek to our theatre
staff. Mrs. Komisarek is our new assistant
theatre director. She has been a constant
supporter of our drama department during
my tenure here. I look forward to utilizing her
talents. Please be sure to stop by her office (old
teachers lounge) and give her a big welcome!

Please be sure to check our website and/or
drama blog often to get up-to-date information
on everything that is Bulldog Drama! (Please
be patient as I redesign for our new season)

I

our drama department.

Here’s to another great year of theatre!

On a personal note, I would like to take this moment to
dedicate our entire season to Mr. Harry J. Wilcox. For
over 20 years “Will” brought us together as a
community. So many great memories exist in RHS
theatre because of him. Harry will certainly be missed
by all. We thank him for his dedication and celebrate
his talent. JZ
